After finding the company a few years ago, we never buy OS maps anywhere else, their prices and service are exemplary, other firms take note!

Great for Outdoor enthusiasts , all types of maps with generous discounts . They sell a wide variety of outdoor gear too. I also got the best price for 2 x Leatherman Squirt PS4 multi tools as gifts & a Leatherman Sidekick ( cheapest price I could find in UK including p&p , there was no nasty outer plastic packaging around either items , they all arrived in Leatherman cardboard boxes , the Sidekick only having a thin plastic inner tray to seperate the extra items in the box , but a vast improvement on those horrible plastic blister packs . ).Absolute bargain for the Sidekick , now in my walking bergen ( suitably legalised for UK laws : easily done with a modicum of d.i.y. skills ) .I have used Dash4it many times , mostly for OS Maps - Excellent service , fast delivery . I have no connection to the company , other than being a happy Customer .

Absolutely brilliant! I bought a Leatherman Multi-Tool and it was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. The website was easy to use and the price was amazing. Can't fault it. Thank you.

I ordered a map in early December and received the order confirmation email. Soon after I received an email saying the map was out of stock and would be available in 3 - 5 days. That didn't fit my timescale so I called Dash4it to cancel the order. No problem, I was told it had been done and I would receive a refund. A week later I received an email to say the map had been dispatched. I rang and it became apparent that the order hadn't been cancelled. The lady I spoke to said she would email me a return label for me to send the map back and then I would receive a refund. The map arrived but no email. I rang again to find they had got my email address wrong (i.e. someone hadn't managed to copy and paste my email address). I printed the label and posted the map back, not thrilled at having to stand in the Christmas queue at the post office during a pandemic. I heard nothing for three weeks and called to ask what had happened to the refund. There had been another error and this was finally rectified after this, my fourth phone call to them about one simple order. I have ordered maps from Dash4it previously and been happy with the service. Everyone was polite and apparently keen to help this time, but the service was absolutely dismal.

Excellent value and service. The speed of delivery was amazing.Ordered yesterday & arrived, free postage, today within 24hours .... the more remarkable because I live 450miles from them! Bought Ordnance Survey maps for the best price I could find by far. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a map from Dash4it online, and less than 72 hours later it landed on my doorstep.Excellent speedy service and excellent communication from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

I have used this firm on many occasions and have always recieved what I ordered very quickly. If you need a map this is the place to be. O.S mapping is still the best in the world .

Since I bought a map for Singapore 5 years ago I've always used this business for the maps I buy; particularly OS maps where they offer great prices and very fast delivery (even at standard no cost royal mail delivery).Ironically my first purchase from them had a few problems in that it wasn't fully up to date in showing the layout of Singapore Singapore (a problem not Dash4it's making), but the company was incredibly helpful in dealing with the issue that my confidence in them, right from the beginning, was total. since then I've ordered many maps from them (including one 30 minutes ago) and ALWAYS received first class service. Totally recommended!

Ordered 3 active maps for Cornwall areas and opted for 1st class postage for our upcoming holiday on the 11th September and only turned up 9/9/20 Although Sam, Taylor and Lucy went above and beyond to rectify the issue I accept Royal Mail failed us all but now have my maps, 100% happy

Good products but really poor customer service. I was told an item was out of stock and would be delayed but we needed it quickly for an upcoming trip. So I cancelled and was told I'd receive a credit. Instead, I have received the (now duplicated) goods. Customer service promised to email me a returns label but hasn't. I short, they answer the phone but don't act on their promises.

I have ordered many maps from this site over the last few years and have always been impressed by the quick (free) delivery and cheap prices! The map finder feature on their website is also very helpful.

Cheaper prices than anywhere else and when one item wasn't in stock Dash4it split the order to deliver everything else quickly. They've also been very responsive about sorting out the one item which wasn't in stock, the store could be updated though to 'not in stock' as the item was listed as 'normally in stock' and all the other items said how many were left in stock, an issue I can see others have had.
